Expanding our metal snare palette, this beaut wears an ensemble of Black and Copper hardware on a beaded Copper shell. Wowza! 8x14; beaded copper. Mount Snare. That'd be a fun place to visit! Get a view of what that would look like, burned into this natural 8-ply maple snare. 6½x14; plied maple; satin wax. This new snare was made to match a nice used kit from 2006. A real throwback to classic rock, the drumset features our Vintage Mahogany Shells gloriously wrapped in Silver Glass Glitter whereas this snare is a more modern plied maple shell with double 45s. 7x14; plied maple; silver glass glitter wrap. With a double tom arm and standard vintage sizes, get out your classics and jam! P.S. This used set was made in '06 with metal hoops as the owner requested and just had a new snare made from the last piece of matching wrap in 2024. If only we could make a 19" bass drum! Swinging in with an 11" mounted tom and a 13" floor tom, this setup is FUN to play! The toms and bass are new where the snare is what inspired the hardware and color of this project: it is a gently used trade-in from a few years ago with a Trick strainer (so this project will be priced cheaper-than-normal!) 5½x11, 13x13, 10x18, 5x14; plied maple; matte wax. |
