And the majority of the time, we can match their color recipe! (Gotta admit, about 3% of the projects over the years can’t be matched—either a recipe wasn’t properly recorded years ago or a prototype finish is applied over some scrap dye lots which can’t be reproduced.)

Here’s some various add-ons from the past 18 months or so:

16x22 Coral Reef Blue add on bass drum
New inlay hoops for a 12x20 bass drum
12x14 dark brown floor tom
16x16 dark brown bass drum
14x14 & 16x16 DARK RED floor toms
8x10 AZTECA GOLD mounted tom

]]><![CDATA[Pair of 12x20 Kicks]]>Wed, 22 Jul 2026 16:53:22 GMThttps://www.treehousedrums.com/the-latest/pair-of-12x20-kicksIt just so happened that we had TWO simultaneous custom orders from DIFFERENT people who BOTH ordered a 12x20 bass drum to go with their existing TreeHouse set up! Now THAT’S a first! 12x20; plied maple; satin wax.

To add panache to his Natural Buskers Kit (10" mounted, 13" floor, 16" bass with FT Leg brackets), the owner is adding a regular 20" bass so now he has one up + two down and still not a spacehog. 12x20; plied maple; satin wax.

First he got concert toms from us, then he decided to replace his bass too. Had to go with 12x20 just because it's awesome! 12x20; plied maple; satin wax.
