There's more to it than just Lugs!  Have a gander at the rest of the goods!  But first, what’s 6061?  These parts are made of solid 6061 Aluminum alloy then clear anodized leaving a soft, raw satin look.  Used for building airplanes, bikes, scuba tanks, and having great corrosion resistance, this stuff is tough and light.  These parts are on TreeHouse’s Made in USA drums, and are now available for you to retrofit your own drums.

Brackets

Where would we be if we couldn’t hold stuff off of the floor?  This little guy makes it all possible.
[pictures of bracket top (w/screw), bottom, solid side, thru-the-hole side]
What we have here is a multi-purpose piece.  It’s used in pairs to hold things.  6 on a floor tom = floor tom leg brackets. [pix of Brackets holding a floor tom leg] Put 2 on a mounted tom and your post-style arm suspends your tom.  [pix of Brackets holding a tom arm] Next, use a pair on each side of a bass drum to hold curved spurs. Nodes

These are the parts of the 6061 Lugs that attach to the drum shell.  Instead of calling them “Snare” and “Bass,” they’re called “Short” and “Tall.”  This has to do with how far off of the shell they hold the Tubes.  Each are available in two versions — Through and Pocket.  Through Nodes allow the Tube to pass completely through them to customize your Lug spacing.  The Pocket Nodes are only drilled part way through so the the Tube only exits in one direction.  The nipple, or part of the Node that goes into the shell fits into a 5/16” hole and is hollow to allow    § both the Hex Set Screw to hold the Tube in place and the Backing screws to hold it the Lug to the shell. [pix of all 4 Nodes from a few angles including in the holes]

Tubes

Tubes are the threaded parts of Lugs that hold the Tension Rods.  The most common ones are threaded for standard Tension Rods from both ends and come in 3 lengths.  There is a single-ended version for use in Pocket Nodes.  [pix of all 4 Tubes from a few angles excluding the back the 0.875”]
§    Tech Specs~ Material: 6061 Aluminum, Diameter: , Lengths: 1.25”, 2.50”, 3.50”, 0.875”, Average Weight §(each): , Depth of Tapped Threading: 0.5” for the 1.25”, 0.75” for the 0.875”, 2.5” and 3.5”  Thread Pitch: 12-24  standard, Country of Origin: USA!

Rods

These custom drumkey-operated tension rods are a sight to behold!  Boasting incredible strength and cooing about their own light weight, they answer the question, “Where have you been all my life?!?”  Compatible with most drums made over the last century, these tension rods come in 3 flavors — two lengths with shoulders for use with standard rims and one short set screw for use on our Brackets and compatible with some bass drum pedals, double pedal linkages, memory locks and strainers.
§    Tech Specs~ Material: 6061 Aluminum, Average Weight [all 3]: , Total Lengths: Shouldered 2.0” and 3.0”,   § Keyed Set Screw ⅝”, Thread Pitch: 12-24 standard, Country of Origin: USA!

HoopClaws

So ya wanna wrap a hook around your bass drum hoop to hold your head on?  Cool, but where were your claws made?  Most are imported.  Another way to secure tension rods to bass drum hoops is by attaching small brackets directly to the hoops; pass rods through the HoopClaws into the lugs and there you have it!
§    Tech Specs~ Material: 6061 Aluminum, Average Weight (each): , Footprint Diameter: , Nipple Depth: ,        § Drilled Hoop Hole Requirement: ??”, Thread Pitch: , Country of Origin: USA!
